Such reasons to attract and retain the best talent to better serve consumer markets,including those in which women are the main customers to enhance diversity and improve overall performance in the workplace and economy to address future demographic change.With growing competitive pressures,firms are constantly looking for the best talent. Women account for a growing share of the talent emerging from the education system, and although progress is slow, there are more women with science degrees than before. Firms risk losing out if they do not leverage this talent pool.
